CARD ACCESS REQUEST

Access to the Willow Creek Pools and Tennis facilities requires an active WCSTA Club Membership. To request new or replacement amenity access cards, please complete the designated form by clicking on the "Request Access Card" link. Your first set of cards will be provided at no charge. If your cards are lost or damaged, replacements are available for a fee. Payment instructions will be sent once your request has been reviewed and approved.

Please note your annual dues must be paid in full before any access cards can be issued. 

CREEKSIDE PRIVATE POOL RESERVATIONS

To book a private pool party, submit the Creekside Reservation Request at least two weeks in advance. After approval, print and sign the Pool Reservation Policies. A $150 refundable deposit, by check, is required to hold the reservation, as well as a $150 non-refundable cash facility fee.

If your party has more than 24 attendees (not just swimmers) and/or is outside of normal pool hours, an additional lifeguard(s) will be required. Documentation will be provided for completion, upon approval from the Pool Director. Please note, lifeguard fees will apply, along with a 4-hour minimum.
