POOL USE AND REGULATIONS

Only households with an active WCSTA Club Membership are permitted to access the pool and tennis facilities. Amenity access is monitored by electronic security cards and video surveillance. All members are expected to review and follow the WCSTA Pool Regulations, which outline all facility rules and policies.

CARD ACCESS REQUEST


Access to the Willow Creek Pools and Tennis facilities requires an active WCSTA Club Membership. To request new or replacement amenity access cards, please complete the designated form by clicking on the "Request Access Card" link. Your first set of cards will be provided at no charge. If your cards are lost or damaged, replacements are available for a fee. Payment instructions will be sent once your request has been reviewed and approved.


Please note your annual dues must be paid in full before any access cards can be issued.

CREEKSIDE PRIVATE POOL RESERVATIONS


To book a private pool party, submit the Creekside Reservation Request at least two weeks in advance. After approval, print and sign the Pool Reservation Policies. A $150 refundable deposit, by check, is required to hold the reservation, as well as a $150 non-refundable cash facility fee.

 

If your party has more than 24 attendees (not just swimmers) and/or is outside of normal pool hours, an additional lifeguard(s) will be required. Documentation will be provided for completion, upon approval from the Pool Director. Please note, lifeguard fees will apply, along with a 4-hour minimum.

WILLOW CREEK SEAHAWKS SWIM TEAM

The Willow Creek Seahawks are more than just a team - we're a swim family! 


Open to swimmers ages 5–18 of all skill levels, the Seahawks offer a fun,  welcoming environment for summer competition, growth, and team spirit. Younger swimmers ages 3 and up can also get started with our "Learn to Swim" program. Our season begins in early May and ends at the end of June. All practices are held at the Willow Creek Overlook Pool.
