Women's Club

Willow Creek Women's Club (WCWC) was founded in 1985. WCWC sponsors family-oriented activities for the neighborhood throughout the year, including welcome baskets for new neighbors, flag displays for 4th of July, decorating the entrances, organizing the spring party, hosting pumpkins in the park, and more! For more info, please contact Shari Hawley at sharihawley@gmail.com or join our Facebook page here. We look forward to meeting you!

Grounds Committee

Help make our neighborhood beautiful. Manage contracted maintenance and landscaping services as well as work with other volunteers to maintain and beautify common areas. Grounds committee volunteers are primarily responsible for greenery around entrances. You may also help ensure that roads are maintained and work to coordinate with local utilities for maintenance of street lights and other related items. Contact Eddie Hoyal at WCSTAgrounds1@gmail.com to join today and keep Willow creek beautiful!

Willow Creek Gardeners

Our Willow Creek Gardeners Club was created for residents who are interested in gardening and improving the beautification of our neighborhood.  We share gardening knowledge and build relationships in a creative and fun environment.  We even offer community service by helping neighbors in need improve their yards thus adding to the value of our community.  Visit our Facebook page to join today!

Social Committee

If you like to have a good time, have great ideas, and get along with everyone, this job is for you. A great neighborhood has a great time together. Help us have fun! Our amazing Social Committee plans most of the fantastic community events in Willow Creek. They need more volunteers to help plan these events. You could even create a new special movie night or live music event. Contact Amanda Johnson or Kori Wardlow at WCSTAsocial@gmail.com to learn more.

Willow Creek Cares

Willow Creek Cares is a community page designed to discuss and offer assistance to neighbors in need.  We participate in meal trains for families with new babies, coordinate yard clean-up days, provide benevolent meal programs, and more.  If you would like to become a larger part of our community, please join our Facebook page here.

Block Captains

Block captains are all about teamwork.  They serve the community generally through duties involving communication, distribution of materials, or setting up decorations. They assist the Quality of Life Directors and may coordinate with our amazing Women's Club. Contact Michele Floyd or Leslie Bentley at WCSTAqualityoflife@gmail.com to learn how you can help today.

Photographers

Do you enjoy taking high-quality pictures? Is photography your hobby or professional calling? Please consider offering your services by photographing scenes around the neighborhood that might be used on the neighborhood website or on our Facebook page. Explore your artistic side with nature photos, candid shots, or even group pictures. Contact Chris McGarry at WCSTAcommunications@gmail.com to submit your photos.
